We want you to love your ByeCramp. If it’s not right for you, we’re here to help with our 30-day risk-free guarantee.

30-day risk-free trial

Try your ByeCramp for up to 30 days from the date you receive it. If you’re not happy, contact us for a return and a full refund of the product price.

How to start a return

  • Email Byecramp@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  • We’ll reply with simple return instructions and the return address.
  • Pack the item securely — including all accessories where possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days (your bank may take a little longer to post it).

Exchanges & damaged items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a free replacement or refund. Please include a photo so we can resolve it quickly.

Return shipping

For faulty or incorrect items, return shipping is on us. For change-of-mind returns within the trial window, our guarantee covers you as described at checkout. Items should be in resellable condition where possible.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may be non-returnable once opened unless faulty. We’ll always tell you if this applies.
