Orders & pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are shown in our store currency and may change at any time. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product has been mispriced; if we cancel a paid order we will issue a full refund.

Products

We do our best to display product colours, descriptions and features accurately, but slight variations may occur. Promotional offers cannot be combined unless stated.

Safety & medical disclaimer

ByeCramp products provide heat and TENS-style stimulation for general comfort and muscle relief. They are wellness products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition, and do not replace professional medical advice.

Please consult a doctor before use if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, epilepsy, heart conditions, or any serious medical concern. Do not use on broken, irritated or numb skin. Discontinue use and seek advice if you experience discomfort. Keep away from children.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ByeCramp operates. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
